About Sector Security
A security and surveillance contractor operating from Ramallah since 2007.
Sector Security was established in Ramallah in 2007 to design, supply and install security and surveillance systems for organisations across Palestine. Since then we have worked with companies, factories, banks, shops, hotels, restaurants, residential buildings and private homes — sites with very different risks, budgets and constraints.
We are a systems contractor rather than an equipment shop. A camera on a shelf is not a surveillance system: the system is the survey that decides where it goes, the network that carries it, the recorder sized to your retention period, the installation that survives a Ramallah summer, and the person who answers the phone when something stops working. We take responsibility for all of it.
That covers ten categories of system — video surveillance, fire alarm, fire suppression, access control, public address and voice alarm, network infrastructure, telephony, audio visual, intrusion detection and home automation. Buildings usually need several of these, and they need to work together. Delivering them under one contractor is the reason clients keep the relationship.
How we work
- Survey before quote — We look at the building before we price it. A specification written from a phone call is a guess.
- Right-sized specification — Equipment matched to the actual risk and conditions — neither under-specified nor padded.
- Documented installation — Labelled terminations, device schedules and tested commissioning, so the system can be maintained by anyone competent.
- Answer the phone — Fast fault response for the life of the system, including systems installed by others.
